To play over a local area network you need:

- NetSprocket in your Extensions Folder (included)
- CFM68K Runtime Enabler 4.0 or later in your Extensions Folder for 68040 Macs (included)
- OpenTransportLib.68K in your Extensions Folder for 68040 Macs (included)

CONFIGURING YOUR CONTROLS
You can customize the keyboard controls for Alien Attack by pressing Configure Controls in the Main Menu Screen. You need to configure all the keys for players 1 and 2 before it will allow you to save the preferences. You might want to test the keys because of limitations in certain keyboards. Certain keys will not work properly together. You may want to use the Key Caps utility in the Apple Menu to test out key combinations for your keyboard. -- If you can press all the desired keys simultaneously and they all highlight in the picture of the keyboard you’re ready. (Of course if you are playing a single player or network game, you only need to test the keys for player 1.)
TROUBLESHOOTING NETWORK PROBLEMS
If you are running System 7.6.X on a 660AV or 840AV you may encounter some problems when trying to join or host a network game. The solution to this is either upgrade to 8.0 or downgrade to 7.5.X. Check http://www.fantasoft.com for updates on this situation.
